Our standard MOQ is one full container load (FCL) of 19,8 metric tonnes for green coffee beans. However, we can accommodate LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments of a minimum 1 metric tonne for first-time buyers and sample orders.
Yes. Every shipment includes a Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture, a Certificate of Origin (Form E/D/AK), an ICO Certificate of Origin, and a Quality Certificate from an independent surveyor. Additional certifications are available upon request.
We accept Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight, Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with 30% advance and 70% against copy of B/L, and CAD (Cash Against Documents) for established buyers. Payment terms can be negotiated based on order volume and relationship history.
Absolutely. Our standard moisture level is 12-13%, but we can process beans to your specified moisture content between 10-14% depending on your requirements. Custom screen sizes, defect rates, and processing methods are also available upon agreement.
We primarily offer FOB (Free on Board) from Panjang Port, Lampung, and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) to your destination port. CNF terms are also available. We work with major shipping lines to ensure competitive freight rates and reliable transit times.
